Enabling Collective Intelligence
Raven Recorders create a seamless interface for AI systems in collaborative, in-person settings with parallel, centrally controlled audio recorders operating on a secure, scalable mesh network that deploys anywhere in minutes.

Making Parallel Recording Easy
Augmenting conferences, workshops and consultations with AI can speed capture, enable faster iteration and help spot emerging themes faster than was previously possible. But most recording technology is built for single recordings, or require stringing together costly equipment that takes time to set up and even more time to manage.
Ravens are designed to deploy quickly and easily in any environment, seamlessly networking together to extend their range and allowing coordinated, central control from their Base Station.
Keeping audio organized is simple as well – the Base Station allows you to define the structure of your meeting, assign recorders, and all audio is automatically filed into a logical structure – no running around with SD cards and forgetting which files came from which groups.
The front-end for AI
Paired with the Knowledge Commons platform, Ravens stream their audio directly into the system for real-time processing and analysis, allowing for a new type of collaboration designed around hybrid intelligence.
Consultations can see emerging themes in real-time, adjusting on the fly to dive deeper into questions they might not have thought to ask.
Workshops become adaptive, tightening feedback loops to iterate quickly on work done in parallel.
Project teams stay coordinated – building their knowledge-base in realtime and seeing issues as they emerge in parallel working groups.

Secure by Design
Most location audio solutions are either wired – requiring slow, inflexible setup – or use commercial wireless signals that are easily intercepted from outside the room. Fine for a public presentation, but not suitable for sensitive conversations.
Ravens are built on end-to-end encrypted networks, resisting interception and keeping proprietary or sensitive data secure, all while providing easy setup within minutes.
Audio is Just the Beginning
Ravens use a range of built-in and additional sensors to build a rich picture of interactions beyond flat transcripts. Posture, movement, position and physiological responses create a record that goes beyond what was said to what was meant.
Privacy First
Ravens were built to preserve end-to-end privacy. Because of the range of information it is possible to collect, Ravens and the Knowledge Commons platform have been designed to balance the specificity required for accountability in high-stakes collaborative processes, while irreversibly anonymizing sensitive data to prevent surveillance. When connected to the Knowledge Commons platform, all data is processed on our own servers, located in Canada, with no data being shared or processed outside of our platform, which was designed from the ground-up to prevent misuse of sensitive information.
